Covid Vaccine Mandate in Hawaii Schools

Most Hawaii schools rescind their COVID policies – but we cannot allow this to ever happen again!

On 8/11/22 the CDC announced changes to their COVID guidelines:

• effectively admitting the COVID “vaccines” do not stop transmission
• our God-given immune systems are effective
• and proving the vaccine coercion and discrimination suffered by our children was unjust.

The HIDOH, followed by most schools, quickly backtracked from (already sent) “back-to-school” COVID emails, and dropped all COVID vaccine related policies.

1. No school or athletic association in the state of Hawai’i has the statutory authority to create vaccine mandates for students or student-athletes. This can only be done by the state legislature, or via DOH Administrative Rule-making procedures.
2. Neither the HI legislature nor the HIDOH has moved to legally mandate the vaccine for students, because all COVID shots (as well as all covid screening tests) available in the USA are still Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) only.  They are not fully FDA licensed & approved.
3. Requiring school exemptions to this experimental vaccine, as well as excluding kids from school or school activities based on their COVID vaccine status was/is illegal.
